Helping people grow in their relationships on three levels: relationship with Christ, relationship with unbelievers, relationship with other followers of Jesus.

E's:

Connecting with the culture and community through sharing the Gospel with those who don't know Jesus.

ESTABLISH

Building strong biblical foundations and establishing new believers in the faith, the Word, prayer, and church.

EQUIP

Preparing believers to minister by equipping them with basic ministry skills for everyday life.

4:

EMPOWER

Develop disciples with confidence and competence to go make disciples.
