Isaac Larson, Worship Leader
Isaac is an engima wrapped in a riddle. He looks like Moby and sounds like Stevie (Wonder, not Nicks). But dude can’t dance to save his life. He savors ostentatiously long words, a good gallon of coffee, and pretty much every word that falls from the lips of NT Wright, Stanley Haurewas, or Brennan Manning.
Bookish? Maybe. With chicken and waffles? Gravy.
Yes, he’s kind of a foodie too. He will also do nearly anything he can to make people laugh.
As a teenager in Louisiana, Isaac began serving in the ministry of leading God's people through song. While in New Orleans he led worship for a local multicultural mega-church for over four years.
In 2005 he completed formal theological education, earning his Bachelor of Art in Bible and Theology from Lee University in Cleveland, TN.
He also received further leadership training from Every Nation Leadership Institute in Nashville, TN.
He lives with his wife Sherry (pictured above) and their three children on the west side of town. You can follow him on Twitter: @IsaacLarson.
